Beyond her psychotherapy practice, Jody is an adjunct faculty at Naropa University’s Graduate School of Psychology in the Wilderness Therapy department. She continues to lead experiential leadership retreats across North America, and is a certified instructor of Mental Health First Aid for the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
Jody brings a genuine joy and aliveness to her practice with clients. Outside of work, Jody can be found enjoying time with family and friends in nature.
She accepted me where I was at, struggles and all, which allowed me to grow in ways I couldn’t imagine.
